We offer fast and free shipping internationally for every order through DHL and EMS (only when DHL is not available).

Refund and Return

Orders are refundable before we receive your materials (hair/fur/feather). Since every diamond is unique and personally related to each individual, refund and return are not applicable once the manufacturing process begins as materials are received. However, if we have not yet received and you would like to refund, but a shipping label has already been created for you by us, $40 will be charged to your payment and not refundable.
